For unopened premade items, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
For customized items, we cannot accept returns.
Shipping Policy
For premade items that are in stock, we will ship within 10 days of purchase.
For custom items the shipping time varies but should not exceed 60 days.
